Though common, miscarriage is often kept deep within a woman's heart. By sharing my story, I aim to bring more visibility to the experience and help women who desire to have children find hope and healing after setbacks, including miscarriage, so that whether or not they ultimately have children in this life, they find connection and can move forward on their journey with belief, purpose, fulfillment, and peace.
If this relates to you or someone you know, welcome.

To the many broken hearts currently aching: there is healing here! Thank you, Melissa, for being brave enough to swing wide-open a door that has been closed for far too long. Melissa's candidness challenges the idea that we are alone in our suffering and poses a profound question. Could our individual wounds -when shared, not hidden- be the key to our vast collective healing?

Absolutely loved it. Amazing work!! Thank you for capturing so many truths. Brought back memories of my miscarriage, and the memoir made me laugh, cry, and ponder.

Yes and no. You will receive a free digital copy of the book to read and a free audio copy via Marco Polo. No, but if you do have social media and would like to write a few posts or stories during launch week, I'd be very grateful! This is totally optional.
No worries. An honest review based on what you have read is enough.
No, anyone who is interested is welcome. There are portions of the book written by my husband from his perspective.
